The README's text screens become pictures:

  • Top: the dashboard on the simulated laptop, with the Claude Code file server on :8787 selected.
  • The dashboard section: the staging server, with a Critical, internet-reachable Postgres selected.
  • Sessions, graph and vibe: each gets its own picture.

tools/readme_shot.py renders them from the playground's simulated machines through the real terminal code. They never show a real machine, and they can be re-made with one command whenever the screens change.

Also:

  • The text screens carried real details from a development machine: a LAN address and project names. Those are gone, and the doc example now uses a documentation-range address.
  • The simulated risk reasons carry their points, as the real risk model reports them.
  • A misleading five-day-old event is replaced in the simulated activity pane.
  • The portlist 3000 example shows --tree instead of repeating the top answer.

Tests: 85 pass, playground 21 of 21, flake8 clean.

The text screens in the README become pictures of the dashboard (laptop and
staging server), the sessions view, the graph and vibe mode.
tools/readme_shot.py renders them from the playground's simulated machines
through the real terminal code, so they never show a real machine and can be
re-made whenever the screens change.

Removes real details that the text screens carried (a LAN address and project
names), gives the simulated risk reasons their points, and replaces a stale
five-day-old event in the simulated activity pane.
