release: prepare v0.6.1-rc6

Prepares v0.6.1-rc6 from main 67acc18. Version bump and release notes only, no code changes.

rc5 was prepared in this PR but never tagged. bob asked (Discord, 2026-10-05) to merge #1091 and #1092 first and cut rc6 instead, so this PR now prepares rc6. The branch name still says rc5; the content is rc6.

Included since rc4

• fix: forward fetched input packs and make slow MCP posts retry-safe #1096: forward the fetched base pack unchanged (about 195 s → seconds), and retry-safe MCP post_job with preparation handles.
• fix: private contributions on large repos no longer time out (seller staging + buyer collect) #1097: seller pre-claim fetch of private bases uses the 300 s client, off the event loop; buyer collect reuses the kept base, so it fetches only the seller's new commits.
• Post private contribution bases from a local checkout #1098: base_local_path lets a private contribution's base come from a local checkout (direct jobs only).
• fix(wallet): hint sellers to configure accepted mints #1091: seller homes get a hint from wallet mints add / wallet setup --mint when the mint is not in accepted_mints.
• fix(private): accept nostr:// mints in private jobs #1092: private jobs accept canonical nostr://<npub> mints that are explicitly in accepted_mints (safe version, confirmed by bob; extra_mints-only still refused).

Changes

• ## Unreleased is renamed to ## v0.6.1-rc6, with an intro and a Rollout section. Older sections are unchanged.
• Every version surface is bumped from 0.6.1-rc4 to 0.6.1-rc6: Cargo.toml, both Cargo.lock files (version lines only), the npm packages, and the web/app skill files.

Verification (local)

• scripts/verify-release-version.sh 0.6.1-rc6: PASS.
• scripts/verify-release-surface.sh --no-artifacts 0.6.1-rc6: PASS.
• web/app npm test: 169 pass, 0 fail.
• web/network npm test: 18 pass, 0 fail.
• No 0.6.1-rc4 / 0.6.1-rc5 left outside RELEASE_NOTES and docs/handoff.

Rollout notes

• The relay must contain fix: buyer-preload private contribution bases for both discovery modes #1093 before buyers upgrade. Verified live on production 2026-10-05: a free open-pool private contribution post from an rc4 buyer was accepted, claimed and delivered.
• The fix: forward fetched input packs and make slow MCP posts retry-safe #1096 relay change (503 instead of 400) needs a relay redeploy. It is optional.
• Restart the buyer daemon and MCP server together, because buyer state now uses the v8 preparation table.
• fix(private): accept nostr:// mints in private jobs #1092: for paid private jobs with nostr:// mints, redeploy the reviewer and list each such mint in its accepted_mints. No relay redeploy needed.

Merge and tag authorized by bob in Discord (2026-10-05 16:04 UTC) once CI is green.
