chore(mints): add kissofmatcha.agi.cash gift card
Mint URLs were stored as user-typed, so `https://mint.io/` and `https://mint.io` produced two `wallet.accounts` rows for the same mint under different unique-index keys. Normalize (lowercase + strip trailing slash + trim) at the two persistence chokepoints — `AccountRepository.create` and the bulk path in `WriteUserRepository.upsert` — so all writes land in canonical form. Extracts the existing duplicated normalization logic from `checkIsTestMint` and `areMintUrlsEqual` into a shared `normalizeMintUrl` helper that both callers now delegate to.
