RDS version of Core HLCA

Hello all-

I am looking to download the The integrated Human Lung Cell Atlas (HLCA) v1.0, specifically the core component atlas. On this webpage:

There is documentation near the bottom about accessing raw data via .RDS / Seurat version of the data. The download button currently only offers the .h5ad file. Is an .RDS version of the core component atlas still available somewhere?

Hi Nick,

Good question. I used to recommend people to get it from cellxgene
https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/collections/6f6d381a-7701-4781-935c-db10d30de293
but it seems like there the RDS option also disappeared. That seems to be a decision cellxgene made, maybe you can check with them if there's any possibility of accessing the R file. They are actually the ones that did the conversion, I don't have the RDS file myself unfortunately.
