On Windows, use this page to download and run the release files.
- Open the release page in your browser.
- Look for the latest release at the top.
- Open the list of files under that release.
- Download the file that matches your setup.
- If the file is a ZIP file, right-click it and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Double-click the app or installer file to start it.
- If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes.

Most entries should tell you what the tool does, how it helps, and where to get it.
When you download from GitHub Releases, you may see:
.exefiles: double-click to run on Windows.msifiles: Windows installer files.zipfiles: extract first, then open the app.rarfiles: use a file extractor before opening.txtor.mdfiles: read these for setup steps or notes
If a file has a setup guide, follow that guide first.
Check these simple points:
- Use a Windows PC
- Have enough free space for the download
- Keep a browser open while you install
- Use the latest release when possible
- Read the file name so you know what you are opening
If you use work or school access, you may need permission to run new software.
For most releases, the process is:
- Visit the release page.
- Download the file from the latest release.
- Save it to your Downloads folder.
- Open the file or extract the ZIP archive.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
- Start the app or read the included instructions.
- Return to the README if you want to explore more tools in the list.
A useful entry often includes:

- Install or use notes

- Right-click the file and choose Open
- Extract ZIP files before opening them
- Make sure Windows has not blocked the file
