chore: Phase 0 groundwork for hexagonal architecture migration

Adds a warning-only dependency-cruiser check (insomnia-data importing
electron; routes/ui bypassing services.* to hit the database port
directly) and characterization tests covering removeWhere() cascade,
unsafeRemove() non-cascading semantics, batchModifyDocs() batching,
count(), and flushChanges() fake/stale-id behavior. These lock in
current IDatabase/services behavior as a safety net before any
structural changes land.
