[BUG] iOS Shortcuts not working

Karing iOS Shortcut for VPN on/off do not change the VPN connection status. When running a shortcut to connect or disconnect the VPN, the shortcut executes but nothing happens - the VPN status remains unchanged. Connecting/disconnecting manually within the app works fine, so the VPN itself is functional. The issue is specifically with Shortcuts integration.

复现步骤/Reproduction steps

1. Open the Apple Shortcuts app on iOS.
2. Run a shortcut Karing that connects or disconnects the VPN.
3. Observe the VPN status - nothing changes.

Using version 1.2.25.2800, the Shortcut returns a status after execution. Additionally, check the app after running the command to verify that the status is as expected; do not rely on the Control Center status to determine the VPN connection state.

Updated to v1.2.25.2802. Still not working.

VPN status checked inside Karing app, not Control Center. Shortcut executes but VPN state in the app remains unchanged. Manual connect/disconnect works fine.
