… transfer, manifest Standalone review slice of the Cloud Team Collections client-core layer, extracted from the cloud-collections branch so an automated reviewer can analyze a small, self-contained diff (the full feature PR BloomBooks#8052 is too large for some reviewers). Not for merge; base branch devin-probe-base is the exact master commit this slices. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Standalone review slice of the Cloud Team Collections client-core layer (auth, API client, repo cache, S3 transfer, manifest + unit tests), extracted from cloud-collections so Devin can review a small self-contained diff. The full feature PR is BloomBooks#8052 (too large for Devin). Not for merge.
Part of an experiment to give Devin useful coverage of the feature by reviewing it in dependency-ordered slices.
