Support variable length data

Is it possible to (implicitly) support variable length content? For example,

String[] headers = { "Test", "Header" };
String[][] data = {
    { "Foo", "Bar" },
    { "Kit", "Kat", "Kot" },
};
System.out.println(FlipTable.of(headers, data));

could yield something like:

║ Test │ Header │     ║
