create_model() has feature to add default tables automatically. However, the patab table has FIRSTONLY specified, but Pharmpy currently does not handle those (error in v1.10.0, future versions will likely ignore the table altogether). So should workaround, i.e. output as regular table, and perhaps do a slice(1) afterwards in R?
