This is the same fix as in #4995 but for all the other places I found.

The bugs were all introduced in the big push to get all of Hypha translatable. We added a verbose_name but missed to make sure the META override added values and not replace them. This made sorting go missing.

These fixes set things back to how they worked before April 2026.

Mostly these fixes are minor but there is one place where it can have a real impact on functionality.

On funds and labs we set many forms, in some cases two forms are added. E.g to Concept and Proposal where you have two application forms and two review forms. The first application form is used for the concept and the other for the proposal. Since April ordering these form manually in Wagtail admin has had no effect. This PR restores the sorting.
