Added a section on top of the dinning hall menu cards, that recommend the user some meals. The recommended meals are split across three categories (popular, favorites, and recommended). Popular is the most liked meal entry. Favorites is the users favorited items (only if they appear today). The recommended section uses the collaborative filtering algorithm.
