This adds a profile for the Makera Z1 CNC: https://global.makera.com/products/makera-z1-desktop-cnc This inherits most of the values from the Carvera Air profile. Some notes: * This assumes the Makera Z1 speaks the same G-code dialect * The bed size is adapted (200x200x100 for the Z1) * The max spindle RPM is the same, but all feed/plunge/rapid defaults are scaled down * Tab sizes are also scaled down (because of the smaller work area) * The `camTrueShadow` is inherited as-is but I couldn't find any reference in the codebase
