Migrate Logging system to Serilog

Serilog contain more features than the simple internal logging system and as most projects that use this library also use Serilog it is more useful to use Serilog for this library as well. This enables simple and more feature rich logging.

Just use Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions so the user can select any logging library.
