Add a shuffle feature for downloaded NONGs

[reflex-ed]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No, it would just be really cool to shuffle your downloaded NONGs

Describe the solution you'd like
When you click a button in the jukebox menu, on every attempt, it will play a random downloaded NONG

Additional context
N/A

Could just be a button right here.

This sounds cool, but I'd only implement it for mashups since that would make the most sense.

Either that or a playlist feature where you can pick a list of songs to randomize.
