Currently, the Forge version of hex has JEI interop for things like flay recipes, while the Fabric version has EMI interop. Presumably this is because EMI was originally Fabric-exclusive. However, EMI is now available on both platforms, so this split is no longer necessary. This PR changes the EMI recipe interop to be used on both platforms, and removes the JEI interop entirely.
