Accepts a `Spacing` object or a function receiving the container's components and replaces the automatically calculated bleed entirely (undefined sides fall back to the calculated bleed). Together with the bleed reported by `onRenderComplete`, this allows synchronizing the scale ranges of multiple charts placed one below another.
