Updated cryptopp to the latest release. Also, Instead of just having the repo content copied into this repo, I switched to a proper 3rd party lib approach (didn't delete the original files yet).
Side note: Switched test discovery to pre-test time instead of build time. Build time discovery caused some issues when the timing was not right: running the test binaries while some libs are not at the correct place yet.
