The weekly scan found community participation in one or more watched
events and drafted a news item for each.

These are drafts. Every file added here carries
published: false, so Jekyll leaves it out of the site. Merging this
PR does not publish anything.

To publish an item:

  1. Check the finding. A name on a programme page is evidence, not
    proof, namesakes exist, and a paper at a venue does not always
    mean someone travelled.
  2. Rewrite the body. What the scanner writes is a statement of what
    it found, not something anyone would want to read.
  3. Add a photograph if there is one, and delete the comment block.
  4. Delete the published: false line.

If a draft is wrong, just delete the file; the scanner will not
recreate one for an event it has already written about, and you can
adjust _data/watched_events.yml if the match was bad.
