This commit adds Simplified Chinese localization support to the Maily email application: Changes made: 1. Created lib/src/localization/app_zh.arb - Complete Chinese translation file with all app strings 2. Updated lib/src/settings/view/settings_language_screen.dart - Added '中文' language option 3. Updated pubspec.yaml - Enabled flutter generate flag for l10n 4. Regenerated localization files using flutter gen-l10n Users can now select Chinese (Simplified) as their preferred app language in the settings.
