The board matched no colour-LCD family, so getCapability() returned 128x64 depth 1 and the simulator drew a monochrome screen. Add T18H7 to the LcdDepth/LcdWidth/LcdHeight cases directly rather than to IS_FAMILY_T16: that family also drives BoardJson::afterLoadFixups(), which injects TILT_X/TILT_Y gyro inputs the T18H7 does not have. Also add it to IS_STM32H7 alongside t15pro/t22. The switch/pot defaults that main carries in the hw def JSON live in switch_config.py / pot_config.py on 2.12; without an entry every switch generated as default NONE and the flex inputs had no default at all. Also add T18H7 to the rotary encoder granularity list (same encoder as t15pro) and to build-companion.sh's simulator plugin list. 2.12 generates the hw def JSON from hal.h and has no hal_settings.h, so the hand-written boards/hw_defs/t18h7.json is dead there. Move the description into hal.h, drop the JSON, and regenerate the yaml map against 2.12. stm32_rgbleds.cpp is stm32_ws2812.cpp on 2.12; RGB_LEDS_900NS has no effect there as that driver's bit timing is fixed at 1250ns.
