release: prepare 0.1.15 (materials + site) - #205

Records the candidate identity and the batch that ships for the first time (bundled updater, self-update, in-window uninstaller, the purge data-root fix, the updater lookup fix), plus what is explicitly still unverified: the real 0.1.14 -> 0.1.15 upgrade, the updater self-update (needs >= 0.1.16), the air VoiceOver regression, the uninstalled/ leftover and the three open MVP gates. The product page now names 0.1.15 build 24, which the version check accepts because the page matches the repository exactly. Signed-off-by: wangzhizhou <824219521@qq.com>
