@dependabot Superseded by #290. As part of moving to a Java 17 build baseline, the wrapper is set to Gradle 8.11.1 there (the last 8.x before the ProjectBuilder "Problems service" regression in 8.12, gradle/gradle#31862). Bumping the wrapper to 9.5.1 would force Java 17 on every build job and drop the minimum-version build validation, so it is intentionally not taken.
