What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-13864
Creates a new page documenting the Monitors overlay in Cloudcraft (
/datadog_cloudcraft/overlays/monitors/). The Monitors overlay is in Preview (enabled for all commercial customers) and shows monitor states for AWS and Azure resources and services, with the ability to investigate alerting monitors using Bits AI SRE.Changes:
