poll_once.rs(11,988L) →polling/{clocks,iteration,refresh,gate,rules,presence,status_text,write,timing,exit}.rs+ registry. 14→17&mutout-params travel as one&mut PollState(allows removed fromrun/run_inner). All 121 polling tests move with identical assertions (incl. restored replacement-authority test inrefresh.rs);Box::leakpreserved verbatim. No behaviour change.Closes #754
