Old-rules compliant; AzQuickStarts-MAC passed (full end-to-end deploy validation). Approving based on Yvand's track record on this sample and successful CI deploy.

For the record on this large change set (+1757/-1401, 20 files, single sample folder):

• April 2026 SharePoint Subscription PU support
• DSC configurations re-baselined to https://github.com/Yvand/SharePointInfraDsc at v2.3.0 \u2014 noting this is a contributor-owned external repo; we're trusting that pin
• Incidental Bicep/ARM API version bumps

Merging given MAC pass + author trust. Worth a follow-up conversation about whether DSC sourcing for first-party samples should mirror to a Microsoft-controlled location.
