test: temporarily trigger go-fix on PR branch

Summary

• Temporarily include copilot/automate-go-fix-commands in the go-fix workflow push.branches filter.
• This enables pre-merge validation of the workflow behavior on the PR branch before the main PR is merged to master.

Test plan

• Merge this spinoff PR into copilot/automate-go-fix-commands.
• Push a temporary Go version bump commit to go.mod or pkg/api/go.mod on that branch.
• Confirm the go-fix workflow runs and behaves as expected.
• Revert the temporary trigger before merging PR feat: automated go fix PR on Go version bump #4678 to master.
