FINALLY another Android release. Haven't been able to get them to work since M126 of 2024!!
There's probably not any Thorium android users even left 😅 after this long. Sorry y'all.

- Global Privacy Control added
- Completely disable FLOC/"Privacy Sandbox" that isn't very private lol.
- More SIMD optimizations under the hood
- Fixed some Android-specific strings to be Thorium branded
It seems that the bug where it crashes after multiple launches is finally gone! File an issue if it isn't for you.
