The video path's three extra -framework load commands exhausted the Mach-O
header slack delocate needs to rewrite bundled-dylib install names during
wheel repair ('larger updated load commands do not fit'). Verified locally:
cibuildwheel cp312-macosx_arm64 now builds, repairs, and smoke-tests clean.
CHANGELOG 2.34.1 entry; cu13 install pointers flipped to v2.34.1.
