docs: remove references to deprecated gasless-approval-tokens endpoint#253

The /gasless-approval-tokens endpoint is no longer supported. Update the FAQ and related gasless guides to instead point users to checking the `approval` object on the quote response to determine gasless approval support for a token. Also fixes an unrelated broken link in the Gasless Chains section that pointed at the wrong endpoint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
