Your utility encodes the string "I J" to the same binary sequence, i.e.: abaaa abaaa
J should encode as abaab
This bug continues, so all letters after J are one less than they should be.
For example, "ADAM" encodes correctly for the first three letters, but the M encodes as ababb instead of abbaa
