The description under Selected Votes squishes bill title and question together confusingly #445

Description

@pdurbin

Hi! As a newcomer to this site and generally understanding how votes are even talked about, I found it confusing that the title of the bill and the "question" (which was a new concept to me) are squished together on the same line with only italics to differentiate them. For example:

What I'm saying is that a newcomer I read this as all one confusing line:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to require that the Supreme Court of the United States be composed of nine justices. On Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass

That is, I didn't understand that part of the line is what's called a "question*".

Even just putting the question on a separate line would go a long way, I think. Something like this:

Obviously, one could go further by prepending "Question: " before each question. Or we could make the title stand out more by using a different color or font. Etc., etc.

* Here's how I learned what the common questions might be:

For my reference, the code seems to be here:

{{vote[v]}}

Great site, by the way! 🎉
