JSR support

Would adding JSR support be considered, I have for example a plugin there https://jsr.io/@sigmasd/vite-plugin-z3 I don't want to publish to 2 places and I prefer jsr https://jsr.io/docs/why

And searching for vite-plugin in jsr seems to give a lot of results

The issue I see JSR doesn't have a concept of keywords, but I imagine the maintainers would be willing to add that

If JSR adds the concept of keywords and has an API to collect packages with a specific keyword, I think we can add them here.
