Detailed description

The new "retoot" ux is a backwards step.

Before your finger didn't have to move twice to retoot.

Now you do.

The better ux is to click retoot and for the majority option (public) to be under your finger so you don't have to go find it again.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Find a toot you want to retoot.
2. Touch the retoot icon.
3. The new UI now places toot at a different place on the display so you have to move to that and touch it.
