Support trials without medial ankle markers

Feature Description
Add support for trials without medial ankle markers.

We should be able to generate virtual markers for these landmarks using the lateral ankle markers and the ankle widths (similarly to how we generate medial knee markers). We may need to add some spin boxes for tibial torsion to more accurately place these markers.

Make the section with the optional spin-boxes collapsible. And retain the state between sessions.
