Hi, please use reaction type 6 instead for the background reactions. |

Just to add on to this, if you're using the new version of TOPAS-nBio (v4.0) TOPASChemistry_Extended is no longer being used. |

What was the issue?
Dear TOPAS Community/Support Team,
I am working with the IRTCummulative example and attempting to add oxygen-related reactions using the TOPASChemistry_Extended module. Despite multiple attempts, the configurations seem to have no effect. Could anyone advise on the correct approach?
Problem Details:
Tried setting d:Ch/Oxygen/Concentration = 0.25e-3 M, but no changes observed.
Added the following for the SolvatedElectron/Oxygen reaction:
sv:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/Products = 1 "SuperoxideAnion"
d:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/ReactionRate = 1.9e10 /M/s
i:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/ReactionType = 5
d:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/Concentration = 25e-6 M
s:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/ScavengingModel = "ExponentialSingleFactor"
b:Ch/TOPASChemistry/Reaction/SolvatedElectron/Oxygen/CompatibleWithStepByStep = "True"
However, the simulation behavior of oxygen-related reactions remains unchanged.
Any insights or configuration snippets would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your support!
