Hi Kaden, Slight differences between TOPAS-nBio-v3.0 and RM21 aren't surprising - there were some changes to the underlying chemistry described here. Regression test results for the newest version (v4.0) can be found here should you wish to upgrade your version and check that your results are as expected. All the best, |

What was the issue?
Hello TOPAS-nBio team,
I am looking to run radiolysis simulations in the future using TOPAS-nBio, and wanted to ensure that my installation was performing as expected. I have run the TsIRTGValue scorer example, as the resulting charts were reported in Ramos-Méndez, 2021 according to the Read The Docs page. After comparing my values, the G-Values for each product matched the publication except for the H^0 product, which differed significantly when time > 100 ps.
I was hoping you could help me identify the cause of this discrepancy.
I have attached my resulting charts below. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help diagnose this issue.
Best,
Kaden
