[Run issue]: Failed Scoring the SSB alongside the failure of rundemos scorer.

What was the issue?

I already make a discussion regarding the failure of generating .dnadamage files here, where the code failed to scoring the SSB as:

As I try to fix it even rebuild the TOPAS-nBio, still didn't work out. However, I realize that the rundemos running also have some failure particularly in the Scorer section. Is it related, and how do I fix it?
