Change the main readme and relocate folks to deliverance?

There is a lot of older information links/baldung pointing to the jllama readme. I think it would be helpful to put an EOL message and send them to https://github.com/edwardcapriolo/deliverance. For those not aware deliverance wasn't done as a fork (so sadly lost the committer information).

At this point there are many/many improvements all over the code base

• recent versions with less vulnerabilities
• totally removal of beloved static singletons (sorry c* folks)
• support for guided choice
• support for top_k, top_p, xtc
• support for top_log_probs
• more modules with clear separation
• works from intellij maven with no hacks
• java 25 support
• fuller spport for open-api endpoints
• maven plugins
• grace support (near 1 to 1 parity with hf tokenizers wip early stages)
• stop words

It would be good that if someone finds jllama and they are actually interested in this type of stuff they find their way to deliverance instead of finding a dead end here.
