TUI does not display after running script

Able to run the script w/ debug turned on. The TUI does not display. Discord client window is open and does not respond to script. Verified that everything was input properly from user_token to channel ID. Debug displays no errors.

*Running w/ CMD on windows 10, Python version 3.12+
*Tried changing python version to 3.10.6 but still won't work
*Using windows-curses 2.3.2

I've used Python 3.10.6
Should I use an older version than that?

I really can't say, I don't use Windows but is by far the most annoying place to use curses library, unknown problems all the time, depending on the current win-update build. Try using a console emulator like ConEmu (https://conemu.github.io/) or this one https://cmder.app/ (I used for a while)
