ERROR on ubuntu 17.10

I tried to purge ukuu, clean cache, always same error.
Any idea on why?

I then did:
sudo mv /home/zibri/.cache/ukuu/v4.19.13 .
then
cd v4.19.13/amd64
and finally
sudo dpkg -i *

And it worked.
