Please add !spool from snowsql to "snow sql"

We have a few magic commands in SnowSQL that haven't been implemented in SnowCLI.
!spool is one

Hey, wanted to check in before putting up a PR for !spool.

• !spool filename.txt starts writing output to file, !spool off stops
• Spool state lives on the Repl instance (felt cleaner than global context)
• Uses redirect_stdout to capture output

Does this direction work for you, or would you prefer a different approach?
