Coordinate Vertica connector testing and more

Work with OpenText and others to ensure Trino has access to a Vertica environment for testing since the container was removed. Also trying to get commitment to help.

This is a long effort to prevent the death of the connector after working hard on getting it contributed by Starburst so OpenText and users can work on the connector.

Vertica was willing to meet but I never got any answer or input from MD2 so there is nothing I can do since any partnership agreement or so would have to be with the TSF.

Connector was now removed just before 480 release since Martin, Dain, or David never helped out and synced with OpenText. I sent another follow up email and they are still interested. I clarified that the TSF has to sort this out with them and I cant do anything.

I reached out to vertica again and they still expressed interest but again .. Martin, Dain, or David never followed up.
