Use scverse domain for docs

Currently https://icb-fast-array-utils.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/stable/ but I'd love to see either:

1. the icb- dropped
2. a URL like https://scirpy.scverse.org/en/latest/ -> fast-array-utils.scverse.org

Do we have docs how to do that? It currently requires emailing NUMFOCUS, right?

I think there's something in notion on "DNS".
But essentially: write numfocus and have them setup a new CNAME record.
