Demo site still uses scp instead of scope

Dear people,

I see that the `scp` has been replaced with `scope`: https://github.com/scitokens/scitokens.github.io/issues/14

However, the demo site https://demo.scitokens.org/ still has `scp` in its payload. This is confusing. Could someone fix that please? In case this has to be reported elsewhere please let me know.
