$goto docs are out of date

This is what it says in the docs:

whereas in the code, it's $goto(path, params, options).

Hmm, good catch. It seems it's actually the type completion that's incorrect. Not sure how they got misaligned, but I remember wanting to merge static and shallow into an options object.
