Don't preface each test with "Test:" in the outline

Opening this for discussion. Here's what the outline shows for a test file:

I feel like we're pretty horizontally space constrained here and the universal "Test: " prefix is a waste of space. I'd rather reveal more of the test descriptions. Feels related to "don't start your package descriptions with 'This package ...'".
