appimages that can't make them work

I tried to make hooks for them, tried many things in reality, some of them want to run form mountpoint, couldn't make them work.

this one if extracted works, there's some small caveats with it's launcher, and need to set INSTALL_PATH inside keeperfx.cfg somehow to make game work

Those are fixed if you apply a similar trick to what was done in kega-fusion

on this one it's PluginFolder=lib, already tried put something like PluginFolder=$APPDIR/shared/lib or $APPDIR/lib and still doesn't work

and already had libxaw to pacman -Syu

Well, RoR has this shell script:

#!/bin/sh
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:./lib/
./RoR "$@"

that means you need to cd into the directory that has the binary to execute it. You know how to fix this 🤨

Do not edit PluginFolder= btw, the default value is relative to the working directory.

Also I wouldn't do this:

mv -v lib/* /usr/lib

Instead move the lib dir to ./AppDir/bin. Then you can deploy everything by passing quick-sharun ./AppDir/bin/*

The config file has to be ready before you run quick-sharun btw, this also means that you need to cd to ./AppDir/bin and run quick-sharun ./* instead, otherwise the binary will not open during deployment and stracemode will fail (causing missing libs).

I was skipping this script, and running the RoR binary directly to avoid this kind of issues with scripts

There was a bug related to libXaw.so.7
