[Question] How to install protobuf and grpc

Hello.
Could you advise on how to install grpc and protobuf using PIE?
grpc causes issues for users even when trying to install via pecl on macos.
I'm looking for a simple and elegant way.

Perhaps reviewing this issue might shed some light? grpc/grpc#38209 Looks like PIE support is work in progress.
