[comment]: # (I am trying to install partkeepr on ubuntu running on aws after all set up i tried accessing **ipaddress/setup** in that i am able access till Database parameters after that in **Setup 1/2**  getting error for TESTING DATABASE connectivity)

## Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'http://65.0.185.128/setup/'
2. Click on 'next'
3. Go to 'setp 1/2'
4. See error
